Divine might mean something different to everyone, yet it points to a universal lens- that which is the highest, the most holy- the highest expression of love. And yet, it is not something that is “up” or “out” there. It is a direct, potent, visceral quality living and expressing throughout us, available at every moment. And always thrilled to be contacted by us.  Energy Healing takes place in this way- calling in our connection to the Divine, and being open to how it wants to express at that moment.

The unseen, unfelt, unexpressed, and unprocessed experiences, material, or wounds that get swept into the corner of the psyche and/or body often result in some aspect of stuckness, disconnection, hardening of the heart, and freezing of the fluid in the extracellular matrix. This can manifest in a number of ways- lack of trust in one’s direct experience, internalized or externalized aggression, over-identification with our compensatory behaviors/labels, an overt emphasis of separation, fascial tension or parasites, in extreme cases high blood pressure, and more. The same way we can work with and contact the extracellular matrix (craniosacral, massage, stretching), we can work with the subtle body and subcellular matrices. This means we can clear and refine even the deepest layers of experience; including the layers of the mental, emotional, astral, and casual layers of the body.

My bodywork practice and energy healing practice go hand in hand; deeper feeling states and sensation of the physical body open up more subtle body sensing capacities. This allows us to drop in deeper with our direct experience to feel, encounter, and clear karma or binds at a more subtle layer before they manifest themselves as denser and harder to treat karma (illness, traumas, injuries, etc). It is important to note that this does not mean we do not have to live out the karmic contracts, agreements, or “debts” of our unique personal lifetime, but energy healing may help in alleviating the suffering throughout, and allow us to digest and metabolize at more profound and quicker rates. This is a quality of Embodiment.
